The Specialist, Lands & Right‑of‑Way (ROW) supports Enbridge operations by providing expert quality assurance and interpretation of real property and regulatory requirements. The role oversees complex land rights projects, ensures proper execution and recordation of easements, leases, and other real property documents, and supports acquisitions/divestitures due diligence. It contributes to policy implementation, budget and cost estimating, and cross‑functional coordination to protect and manage company land interests.
