Specialist Level III – Senior Network Engineer

This role involves day-to-day operations and maintenance of network infrastructure, including Cisco Optical Network Solutions, Catalyst, Nexus, and ASR equipment, as well as LAN/WAN and cloud connections. The position requires managing incidents, implementing changes, and providing field support for hardware replacements across multiple CUNY sites. Additionally, the engineer will mentor junior staff and facilitate knowledge transfer to network engineering and NOC teams.
