The Specialist Manager role leads the global Sustainability & Financial Intelligence (SFI) team, providing senior-level leadership on sustainability regulations, policy governance, and methodology oversight. This position is responsible for interpreting regulatory requirements, establishing policy frameworks, and ensuring methodological consistency across ESG, Climate Data, and other sustainability datasets. The role acts as the primary point of contact for regulatory evidence requests and governance matters while driving automation and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead global team of Content Specialists and provide SME support to SFI operations
Oversee sustainability regulatory policy and methodology for SFI datasets
Own and maintain SFI policy framework ensuring consistency and auditability
