An Operations Specialist responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring quality, safety, and productivity on the manufacturing shop floor for vaccine and pharmaceutical products. The role supports operational excellence by identifying and resolving issues, executing investigations and CAPAs, and maintaining compliance with manufacturing documentation and processes. This position reports into manufacturing operations and supports advancement into manufacturing management.
