About this role

The Specialist, Manufacturing Technical Development at Bristol Myers Squibb leads the implementation of site-wide manufacturing training programs to ensure operator proficiency. The role involves developing and administering GMP-compliant training solutions, conducting classroom and on-the-job instruction in aseptic environments, and managing training laboratory operations. Additionally, the specialist performs cleanroom processing duties as needed to support production lines.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of site-wide manufacturing training programs.
Conduct Instructor-Led and On-the-Job training sessions for cleanroom operators.
Perform cleanroom processing duties and execute batch records in ISO 7 and ISO 8 environments.
Develop and update standard operating procedures and training records.
Assess operator competency to ensure continuous application of safety and technical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering4–5+ years of relevant clinical laboratory or blood/cell culture processing experience
