Specialist - Mobile Employment

The Downtown Women’s Center seeks a full-time Specialist - Mobile Employment to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive employment services to women and gender diverse individuals who are currently or formerly unhoused. This role supports participants in achieving their educational and employment goals through job readiness activities, employer engagement, and career series delivery. The position involves providing 1:1 employment support, conducting outreach, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with the Health & Wellness Department.
