Specialist Parcel Manifest

The Parcel Manifest Specialist ensures the accurate and timely processing of mail manifesting, handling inbound parcel induction through to outbound shipments for insertion into the postal stream. This role requires careful handling and processing of parcels to guarantee timely and accurate tendering to USPS or third-party carriers within 12 hours of manifesting. The position involves scanning, weighing, applying postage labels, sorting, and preparing parcels for distribution to shipping vendors.
