Specialist - Project Delivery

The Specialist - Project Delivery role within the Orica Specialty Mining Chemicals team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, from initial definition through engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations. This position ensures strict adherence to Orica’s project processes, governance requirements, and SHES policies while managing project scope, budget, schedule, and stakeholder relationships. The role involves developing capital expenditure proposals, managing engineering and construction tendering, and coordinating operational readiness activities to ensure safe and effective project execution.
