About this role
The Specialist Quality Complaints (Complaint Owner) is part of Amgen’s Product Complaints and Surveillance team responsible for owning and implementing the end-to-end global complaint management process. The role conducts complex complaint investigations, drives corrective actions and effectiveness assessments, and ensures appropriate control of product in distribution. It also translates market feedback into continuous improvement while ensuring processes and systems meet internal and external quality requirements.
