Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

The Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Definity's marketing automation ecosystem to deliver personalized, data-driven customer and broker experiences. The role serves as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leading customer journey orchestration, marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, data integration, and campaign execution across multiple channels. Working closely with Marketing, Technology, Analytics, CRM, and Distribution teams, the incumbent leverages customer data, marketing technology, and emerging AI capabilities to improve engagement, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes while ensuring compliance with privacy, accessibility, and deliverability standards.
