About this role

The Professional Services Engineer (PSE) is responsible for deploying, upgrading, and maintaining NICE products and platforms at customer sites while ensuring successful integrations and high system availability. The role supports project delivery through commissioning, testing, and certification activities and acts as a technical liaison between customers, system engineers, and internal teams. The PSE also contributes to documentation, change management, and knowledge sharing and represents NICE professionally in customer interactions.
