Responsibilities

Support end-to-end discovery and delivery of CRO and personalization initiatives
Own and maintain assigned portions of the Ecommerce Excellence backlogs
Partner with managers to translate experience strategy into actionable development plans
Identify experience gaps and friction points through qualitative and quantitative data
Collaborate with UX and development teams to validate assumptions and refine requirements
