Specialist – Source to Pay

The Specialist – Source to Pay defines and executes supply strategies for raw materials, chemicals, and components used in explosive manufacturing, ensuring operational continuity and supply security. The role leads supplier development and qualification, conducts sourcing and electronic bidding processes, and coordinates the implementation of new materials from sample evaluation to industrial deployment. This position collaborates with technical, quality, manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams to mitigate risks, optimize costs, and strengthen the supply strategy for critical business categories.
