About this role
The Staff Talent Development Specialist supports the National Geographic Society’s HR team by providing operational and administrative support for learning and performance management programs. Reporting to the Director for Staff Talent Development, the role helps develop and deliver accessible learning experiences and supports implementation of e-learning and on-demand programs. The position contributes to measuring training impact through data collection and evaluation to inform learning strategy.
