The STS Tier 2 Account Manager Specialist is part of the Global Business Solutions Source to Settle team supporting global suppliers with reconciliations, queries, and escalations. The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and settlements. The position is based in one of the company's Business Services Centers (Czech Republic, Costa Rica, or Malaysia) and delivers global STS supplier account management services.
