Specialist - Talent Engagement (Workday)

About this role
This role supports and manages Workday HCM from a functional and process perspective, ensuring HR processes are implemented across the employee lifecycle and employee data remains accurate and compliant. The incumbent will act as a liaison between HR users and technical/implementation teams, provide daily user support, and run testing and UAT for Workday changes. The focus is on process design, documentation, and continuous improvement rather than heavy technical development.
