Specialist, Talent Management

The Specialist, Talent Management supports Payments Canada’s talent strategy by providing analytical, programmatic, and change management tracking to execute strategic talent priorities. This role builds talent roadmaps, develops policies, coordinates enterprise-wide talent programs, and tracks progress to drive the organization’s talent agenda. The position also serves as a key contact for employee inquiries and applies change management principles to support the adoption of new talent processes and systems.
