Specialist Teacher Consultant

The Specialist Teacher Consultant role involves providing expert advice, support, and guidance to schools, academies, and educational settings across Staffordshire to improve outcomes for children and young people with additional needs, particularly in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Cognition and Learning, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). The position requires conducting individual pupil assessments, evaluating existing provision, and supporting workforce development through training and coaching.
