Specialist, Wall Maintenance

The Wall Maintenance Specialist at Bouldering Project is responsible for cleaning and maintaining climbing walls, holds, and volumes to ensure safe and efficient route-setting rotations. This role involves removing debris, washing surfaces with approved products, and organizing the setting shop and supplies. The position requires working one to three times per week with occasional event preparation.
