About this role

This role drives operational discipline across the Talent Acquisition integration and portfolio landscape, supporting the successful execution of M&A integrations, organizational transitions, and strategic TA initiatives. The Specialist establishes structure, governance, and operating rhythms to enable complex work to progress with clarity, accountability, and consistency. The position provides visibility into initiative progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes while serving as a key connector across TA, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate TA integrations and portfolio initiatives through day-to-day task management
Support integration cutover activities including requisition tracking and candidate pipeline continuity
Develop governance reporting, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and project reviews
