Specialized Behavior Technician (SBT)

The Specialized Behavior Technician provides direct behavioral and instructional support to students with disabilities within the Rowan-Salisbury Schools Exceptional Children Department. This role focuses on implementing evidence-based practices, individualized supports, and Behavior Intervention Plans to promote student independence, safety, and meaningful participation. The position requires collaboration with school teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies across various school environments.
