Specialized Breastfeeding Support Coordinator

Under the direction of the Manager of Health Services, this role coordinates specialized breastfeeding support for the Women’s Health Program, providing quality care grounded in Indigenous worldview and acting as a resource to healthcare professionals. The position involves participating in the discharge process and educating patients, families, staff, and students on Indigenous breastfeeding knowledge and beliefs. This is a designated Indigenous position focused on culturally safe care and traditional healing practices.
