About this role

Labcorp is seeking a Specialty Development Executive to manage sales and business development for commercial products across Neurology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, and other medical specialties in Florida. This role requires building annual business plans, cultivating a sales pipeline, and providing customer education through in-services and training sessions. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by effectively communicating value propositions to physician staff and surgical centers within the Greater Naples, Fort Myers, and Miami territories.

Responsibilities

Sell Labcorp commercial products to specialized medical centers and physicians
Build and execute annual business plans with quarterly updates
Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet 90-day quotas
Conduct in-services and training for physician staff and personnel
Forecast revenue and forecast sales funnel opportunities accurately
