Specialty Finishing Converting Operator

This role involves setting up and operating multiple high-speed converting assets within the specialty finishing converting area to add value to customer products. The operator is responsible for maintaining superior attendance, adhering to all safety and food quality procedures, and ensuring product quality attributes are met during the converting process. Key tasks include case packing finished products, preparing and labeling cases on pallets, staging raw materials, and performing quality tests.
