Specialty Fitness Instructor

This position leads patrons in group fitness classes and private or semi-private fitness programs tailored to specific niche populations, such as Pilates Reformer, chronic conditions, or pre/post-natal groups. The role involves teaching specialized classes, managing safe training environments, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring adherence to departmental policies. The incumbent also supports staff recruitment, mentoring, and continuing education initiatives within the Fitness and Wellness Division.
