Specification Manager (NSW)

The Specification Manager supports a global building materials manufacturer's growth across NSW by engaging with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors to influence product selection and convert early-stage project specifications into sales opportunities. The role involves identifying early design phase projects, developing compliant technical specifications, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers to position the company's products as preferred solutions. Working closely with the Sales team, the manager helps convert specifications into revenue, manages project handovers, and maintains a strong pipeline of opportunities while providing market insights and identifying competitor activity.
