The Specimen Processor role involves receiving, handling, and processing biological specimens for laboratory testing, including order entry and specimen accessioning in the Lab Information System. The position requires performing basic pre-analytic and post-analytic tasks, such as distributing reports and maintaining specimen storage, while adhering to safety and privacy regulations. This part-time, per diem position operates on a varied schedule with rotating weekends.
