About this role
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing part-time or per diem home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Glen Burnie, MD and surrounding counties. The clinician performs evaluations, develops and revises treatment plans, and delivers rehabilitative speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy as part of a multidisciplinary home care team. The role includes patient and family education and electronic documentation of care.
