About this role
Per diem Speech Language Pathologist providing home health services to adult and geriatric patients across Caswell, Person, and Orange counties. The role supports rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home and involves participation on a multidisciplinary clinical team. Clinicians will engage in patient evaluations, care planning, and coordination while using electronic documentation tools. Prior home health experience is a plus but not required.
