About this role
Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist providing home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in the Gettysburg area. The role delivers rehabilitative speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessment and care as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team to help clients remain safely at home. Primarily responsible for patient evaluations, treatment planning, ongoing care adjustments, and documentation. Position services are performed in patients' homes within designated geographic territories.
