Speech-Language Pathologist

The Speech-Language Pathologist supports students through individual and group therapy sessions aligned with Individual Education Plan requirements, while also assisting classroom and residential teams with therapeutic carryover throughout the day. The role involves conducting formal evaluations, training staff in wraparound strategies, and developing comprehensive treatment plans with specific goals for each individual. Additionally, the position requires mentoring direct care staff, participating in planning meetings, and supporting family skill development to ensure effective communication support.
