Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech Language Pathologist provides support to families using a Primary Service Provider model and evidence-based coaching techniques to ensure an efficient, thorough, and compassionate healthcare experience. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate children birth to age three with developmental delays, develop Individualized Family Support Plans, and deliver speech-language pathology services in natural environments. The position requires maintaining high billable productivity, coordinating care, and fostering cooperative relationships with families and community agencies.
