Speech Language Pathologist

A Speech Language Pathologist administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, developing and evaluating plans of care in partnership with patients and caregivers. The role involves participating in patient and family counseling, communicating with physicians and other healthcare practitioners, and contributing to the agency's QAPI program. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
