Speech-Language Pathologist

The Speech-Language Pathologist provides assessment, treatment, and ongoing support to school-age children and/or adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role develops and implements individualized speech, communication, and swallowing-related plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote safety, independence, and quality of life. The position also involves providing competency-based training, education, and consultation to caregivers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of support plans.
