Speech Pathologist

This role involves evaluating and treating the communication and feeding/swallowing skills of preschoolers in accordance with ASHA guidelines and individualized needs. The position requires developing therapy programs, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, and maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation. The Speech Pathologist also advocates for children, evaluates program effectiveness, and collaborates with staff, parents, and outside agencies.
