The Spend Payment Operations Analyst serves as a front-line subject-matter expert for Ottimate’s Spend Management and Payment Operations workflows, resolving complex client inquiries and investigating system-level issues. This role requires mid-to-senior level expertise in payment operations, technical resourcefulness, and strong analytical capabilities to diagnose errors and automate repetitive workflows. The analyst partners with Product and Engineering to fix problems at the system level and builds playbooks to make Spend scalable.
