About this role

The Supervised Practice Experience Partnership Program (SPEP) provides internationally educated nurses (IENs) a structured supervised clinical placement to complete up to 450 hours under a preceptor. Delivered in collaboration with Ontario Health and the College of Nurses of Ontario, the program enables IENs to demonstrate nursing knowledge, skill, and judgment aligned with CNO Entry to Practice Competencies. It supports eligible RN applicants in meeting outstanding registration requirements in a supportive clinical environment.
