Spirits Distillation Intern

The internship provides hands‑on experience in commercial production of spirits such as brandy, whiskey, rum, flavored vodkas, and hard seltzers at Gallo’s Modesto site. Interns will manage bench‑scale trials, evaluate process improvements, monitor fermentation and distillation, and participate in sensory evaluation while working alongside experienced distillers.
