Spiritual Health Practitioner

As a Spiritual Health Practitioner at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, you will support the emotional, spiritual, and existential wellbeing of patients, families, and staff through compassionate, person-centred care. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will provide psychosocial-spiritual assessments, facilitate meaningful conversations about life and death, and offer therapeutic support during crises and end-of-life care. This role also involves educating healthcare professionals and contributing to departmental initiatives that promote holistic healing.
