About this role
MomForce Associate is a 12-week temporary, part-time onsite program at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta designed to help parents who have been out of the workforce for 3+ years return to work. Participants receive meaningful, resume-building, project-based non-clinical work, mentorship from working parents, orientation, and training to refresh skills. The program runs from March 16 to June 5, 2026 and aims to equip participants with the experience needed to transition into permanent roles.
