A New Graduate Registered Nurse Residency at The Valley Hospital - Paramus for BSN graduates with no prior RN/LPN experience or less than six months of such experience. Applicants must have a BSN with a minimum 3.0 GPA, list their GPA on their resume, and obtain a New Jersey RN license and American Heart Association BLS certification prior to the program start. The residency begins with day-shift orientation and transitions residents to night shift within the first six months and includes hospital employee benefits.
