This position serves as a trainee learning the mechanics of sprinkler system installation, including site preparation, material handling, and pipe cutting and threading. The role involves assisting in the installation and testing of fire sprinkler systems under the guidance of a Sprinkler Fitter while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The trainee will also perform minor tool maintenance and learn construction project skills such as reading blueprints.
