About this role
The Program Manager, Operations is the supervisory lead for the 24/7 Operations Centre, responsible for managing daily operations and personnel to ensure services meet SPS and client standards. The role is primarily office-based at the Hereford UK headquarters but requires occasional UK and overseas travel and periods of on-site management during deployments. The position works rotational shifts including early/late patterns and periodic overnight and weekend point-of-contact duties.
