Sr Account Manager

The Sr Account Manager is responsible for the service, retention, and strategic management of a book of commercial Property & Casualty business comprised of mid-sized to large accounts. This role leads client relationship management, renewal strategy, marketing/RFP execution, carrier and vendor coordination, coverage analysis, and service plan oversight. The position also supports Account Executives and department leadership to deliver sophisticated account management on larger, more complex accounts while providing guidance and mentoring to junior service team members.
