About this role

BrightEdge is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage the procure-to-pay process end-to-end, including purchasing, accounts payable, travel and expenses, accruals, and general ledger impact. This hands-on role in the Chicago finance team reports directly to the Controller and involves overseeing offshore support, maintaining reconciliations, and leveraging AI to improve workflow efficiency. The position requires strong accounting knowledge, NetSuite proficiency, and a commitment to working onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities

Own procure-to-pay cycle including purchasing and accounts payable
Oversee travel and expense reimbursement and corporate card transactions
Support monthly close with balance sheet reconciliations and accruals
