Responsibilities

Lead NGAL programmatic systems engineering and strategic planning efforts
Execute operational analysis ensuring compliance with DoD policies
Develop Analysis of Alternatives and System Attributes and Requirements Document
Translate government mission needs into actionable acquisition documentation
Coordinate requirements integration across Air Staff and Systems Program Offices
