About this role

The Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) will report to the CRO to implement OhioHealth’s ERM plan and processes.

Responsibilities

Prioritize creation of ERM framework for OhioHealth
Develop ERM tools including policies and procedures
Communicate ERM monitoring processes to CRO and leadership
Serve as management advisor for risk-identification and risk-assessment
Evaluate effectiveness of controls embedded within business processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, FinanceCPA, CIA, CPHRMKnowledge of COSO FrameworkKnowledge of ASHRMs ERM FrameworkKnowledge of ISO 31000
