The Sr. Advisor – Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics provides strategic insight and workforce intelligence to help the organization make informed decisions about its people, capabilities, and future workforce needs. This role combines strategic workforce planning, analytics, and data-driven insights to translate workforce opportunities and risks into actionable talent strategies. The position also plays a key part in evolving the organization’s workforce planning and HR Analytics capabilities, including leveraging technology and AI to improve decision-making.
