About this role

The Senior Engineer will design and build core AI knowledge infrastructure powering intelligent applications across the enterprise, focusing on distributed systems and retrieval architectures. This role involves creating high-performance platforms for search, vector retrieval, and LLM integration used by various AI and application teams. The candidate will lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and drive the adoption of modern engineering practices to ensure scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities

Design and build high-scale retrieval systems combining keyword and semantic search
Develop RAG infrastructure including indexing, retrieval, and context assembly
Build streaming and batch pipelines for ingesting and transforming enterprise data
Implement low-latency APIs exposing retrieval and knowledge services to applications
Lead design and architecture of large-scale AI platform components
