The Sr. Analyst, Customer Facing Demand Planning serves as the primary owner of customer-level demand execution for assigned accounts within the Supply Chain Inventory Planning team. This role manages inventory positioning, service levels, and customer-specific demand signals to ensure accurate forecasting and supply chain efficiency. The position involves translating customer intelligence into structured forecast inputs, monitoring service levels, and driving process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Execute customer-specific demand execution and manage inventory positioning for assigned accounts
Capture and translate customer demand signals into structured forecast inputs for consensus planning
Create and monitor service level reports and conduct root cause analysis on service level escalations
